Using the Behavior Calendar

If there are not dates PGGP will help you assign dates to the columns. When the dialog opens, you can click on the triangle and use the calendar to select the date. Dates will be assigned to each column, excluding weekends.

The dates start from the column you are currently on and are added to all columns to the right. This makes it possible to create any string of dates you wish for columns.

To make the columns contain weekly grades, such as Fridays, simply click on the column for the day you wish to enter the grades. Then select the date with the calendar. The column will be dated and ready for entry. Columns to the right will contain a run of dates, but next Friday you can set the date for that column. This technique can also be used to skip vacations or off track times for year-round schools. If you want to eliminate Christmas vacation, click on the date one day after the last day before vacation. Use the calendar to choose the first day back after vacation. The dates will now skip over the days not in school.
