Effort Only Formula

The Effort-Only Formula sets the percentages that render the Effort Symbols (Symbols are set in Academic Effort Formula. On many elementary grade cards Effort-Only grades single cell grades such as PE or Art. It is important to note that only one set of Effort symbols is used for Academic Effort, Effort Only and Behavior. Once you decide on the symbols that best fit your situation, manipulate the percentages to achieve what you want.
