Number Correct Entry
The Number Correct Entry tells the program that you want it to figure percentage grades for you based on total correct on an assignment. Number Correct is the opposite of Number Wrong Entry. The Assignment Information Screen, asks for the total possible on the assignment. If 20 possible points is entered, and an individual grade 19 is entered, the computer does the conversion and 95% will be displayed. 21 points returns 100%. (Limit: 999 points)
When entering grades, other symbols can be entered which may be helpful in identifying missing assignments.

CTRL+any action that moves the cursor to a new cell toggles a Late and an "L" appears in the cell with the grade. If the grade was already marked Late, the "L" disappears and the grade is no longer late.
