Number Wrong Entry
The Number Wrong Entry method is the reverse of the Number Correct Entry. After 20 possible points is entered, an individual entry of 1 will be interpreted as 1 missed. The computer then calculates the 95%. (Limit: 999 Points)
When entering grades, other symbols can be entered which may be helpful in identifying missing assignments.
I= INC (Incomplete)
A= ABS (Absent)
N= N/A (Not applicable)
B= Blank
CTRL+any action that moves the cursor to a new cell toggles a Late and an "L" appears in the cell with the grade. If the grade was already marked Late, the "L" disappears and the grade is no longer late.
