These pdf files are ready to print.   The Help File is a the same as when running PGGP but will open without PGGP.  The front and back of the actual manual print into a pamphlet.   Of course it always takes some gymnastics to get printers to do this correctly.   Every printer is a little different but basically let the front side print, turn the paper over and run the back.   I suggest only printing 1 page, turn it over and print 1 page, to make sure you have the paper in correctly.
